Instructions

  1. Add sesame oil and salt to warm rice and cool for a while.
  2. Lay a sheet of seaweed down on a bamboo mat.
  3. Spread the just seasoned rice thinly and leave a 2cm border on the top.
  4. Put prepared ingredients, such as spinach, carrots, cucumbers, eggs and pickled radish, on the middle. At this time, the ingredients can be replaced according to personal preference.
  5. Use the mat to press and roll it hard.
  6. put a little sesame oil on the roll and cut it into bite-sized pieces.

Instructions

  • roasted seaweed 2 sheets
  • Cooked rice 2 cup
  • sesame oil 1 teaspoon 
  • salt 1 teaspoon 
  • cheese 2 slices
  • fried egg 2
  • Thinly sliced spam 2
  • Stir and fried Kimchi 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Cut each seaweed sheet halfway from center to bottom.
  2. Divide the sheet into four quadrants.
  3. Rice is placed in the lower left, eggs in the upper left, cheese and ham in the upper right, and lettuce or kimchi in the lower right.
  4. Fold side by side along each quadrant to make a compact square. Then, the square-shaped kimbap is completed.
