  1. Heat cooking oil in a pan.
  2. stir and fry kimchi.
  3. For 3 minutes, add spam, and cook.
  4. Put rice, soy sauce, kimchi juice in there and stir well until evenly coated.
  5. Drizzle with sesame oil and mix again.
  6. Serve with a fried egg and seaweed flakes and sesame seeds for the toppings.

The fresh yolk of the egg pops and goes completely well with spicy kimchi rice. This makes every mouthful and flavorful at the peak.
